You need to invest in infrastructure first, recently you have build a load of stuff and then had traffic chaos, not enough schools etc its ridiculous. A staggered approach to increased housing is sensible, but you need to understand that lots of people don’t want to walk or bike, that busses don’t go everywhere or take too long to get there or are late. If this east west rail link which no one local wants is going to be so great, then build the houses near the stations so those that move here for it are close to it.
