This is a location of natural beauty, with a diverse array of wildlife and biodiversity, owls, and birds of prey are common place. Church End has a church and listed buildings of historical interest, as well as many ancient artefacts found over the years including an ancient burial ground. Further development in this area would damage forever what has to date been preserved for years, providing a destination for locals to walk, and for people to get married. The council is not so desperate for land that it necessitates harming this great location.
