An expert advising the Staploe Parish Council has identified major flaws in the work done by the Borough's consultants.
Common sense suggests that any new development linked to a new railway station at St Neots should be on the eastern side of the Great Ouse, where the East Coast mainline runs and all the existing development has occurred. Otherwise there is bound to be increased car use and congestion.
