Natural beautiful land with a mass of trees. Frequented by wildlife, Deer, Rabbits, Owls, Pheasants and various bird species. Entrance to site to narrow and would be quite concealed. To much development proposed for the area especially the relatively narrow Cotton End Road. Effects on the overall wellbeing and quality of existing residents way of life.
