The Mayor states "Whilst I disagree with the methodology we have no choice but to plan for this level of growth". BBC is led by Liberal Democrats. Surely you should be standing up to the Conservative Government and its use of outdated ONS data and the standard method algorithm? It is already difficult enough to get a NHS dentist or an appointment with GP. Bedford's target for new homes to be delivered each year appears to be significantly higher than any of the surrounding local authorities especially Northants. 266% higher than Wellingborough and 180% higher than East Northants. Please object!
