Difficult to understand and form an opinion.
In relation to land west of Wyboston (Dennybrook) access north - the models did not take into account the nature of the roads - no paths, rutted verges, through Duloe single track roads with high hedges.
Therefore feel a decision re development on land west of Wyboston (Dennybrook) first phase 2500 house 2040 leading to 10,000+ houses 2050 is misleading.
This area is open countryside and existing roads should not be urbanised to enable access north from Dennybrook. The Council stated in Vision that it would protect the intrinsic nature of the countryside..
