Very much positive towards improving communications (digital infrastructure) to reduce travel, allowing local communities to flourish, also to improve freight transport to reduce personal travel (again, local community improvements), but needlessly moving people from one area to another is all negatives. Mass transport is the answer to a question that shouldn't be asked anymore.
