This land is adjacent to the nationally significant and historic ‘Land settlement association’ sites and will therefore lose its identity. It is currently grade 2 agricultural land and access roads are not suitable for increased traffic, particularly construction vehicles. Whilst it is close to the A421, there is no real proximity to a railway station, either current or proposed therefore more cars to access places of work. Any idea of inhabitants walking or cycling to walk is naive at best. The local school will not cope with a major influx of pupils.
