This site is outside the existing Settlement Policy Area for the village of Wilstead.
It is also next to the important County Wildlife site in Northwood Lane Meadows.
The site contains important trees planted in the last 40 years to provide an orchard and area of natural tranquillity for the residents of 127 Cotton End Road and immediate neighbours.
