Yes agreed the local plan must also account for the growth of childcare need across the Borough. If two thirds of Borough employees tend to work within the Borough and over 8000 jobs are created there will be a significant increase in local childcare needed to enable employees with 0-5 year olds to work. For example Consideration should be taken into account for providing land and obtaining funding for workplace nurseries on large plots of employment land.
