Opposition of use of new settlement at Twinwoods.
New settlement - Twinwoods in my opinion is not developable in plan period. I think the site will be difficult to work with and it could risk being undeliverable.
Cost of ground works and preparation of site due to previous site use as Royal Aircraft Establishment (RAE), and where existing buildings and land could be more difficult.
New settlements take a long time to plan and build, leading to short to medium-term housing supply shortages.
There will be an adverse impact on local landscapes, loss of agricultural land and countryside.
