Representation Summary:

1. Traffic from a significant new development will use the Wood End Lane/Tithe Road/Spring Lane route as a short cut to Milton Keynes & Northampton . These roads (through Wood End) are narrow, with sharp bends limited forward visibility and banked sides.

2.Traffic would increase hazard, safety issues and increased noise levels in the small rural village.

3. The Marston Vale 'buffer' zone would not adequately protect Wood End against noise and light pollution.
