The proposed development of 2000 houses on the fields behind The Chase and surrounding land wpuld be catastrophic to existing residents and local wildlife. I cannot see how this plan will not cause years of disruption to current resident's during build, and the pressure on rural roads, amenities and services were it to be built, would be immense. This is a rural environment and is designed as such - green space for wildlife, farming and nature lovers. The village of wootton has already grown exponentially and this plan would join Kempston Rural and Wootton increasing both "villages" once again.
