This will put a strain on the local community with extra traffic, parking issues, noise pollution which would commence the moment work started. This is a rural area and the effect such a large scale build would have on the habitat and wildlife would be catastrophic. The area can no longer be considered Rural as the plan will basically turn it into a small town.
