This development would see encroachment on the green spaces around Wilstead, a 'rural' village. The area is home to multiple wildlife, incuding hares, badgers and deer (roe, muntjac and chinese water). There are also important public footpaths which will be degraded. There will be increased human activity which will deter wildlife from using this land as well as noise, litter and general loss of habitat and important biodiversity.
