After seeing the addition of 1200 homes and the continuous building of large warehousing parcels the inclusion of a further 500 houses will destroy the Rural nature of Kempston Rural Parish. This proposal will mean that there is continuous housing sprawl and warehousing from Kempston Town through to Wootton. If more agricultural land is engulfed, it will completely destroy the character of the area and increasing the flood risk for others downstream. This proposed development at Gibraltar Corner in Kempston Rural is being objected to by most KR residents.
