As a Kempston Rural resident, I am writing to object to the building on this land. This is a lush, green, serene area full of wildlife and surrounded by Marston Woods. Any large scale building will destroy the rural nature of the area. Traffic on Ridge Road is already subject to a petition for a speed restriction. The density of traffic will increase, as will the level of noise and pollution.
We moved here because it is a quiet place. The Borough Council needs to find brownfield sites that do not destroy the tranquility of our living spaces.
