I completely disagree with the complete change of character which would be brought about by these plans for Gibralter Corner. They represent a complete degredation in the quality of life for those who have chosen to live in this supposed rural community and will simply hasten the joining of Kempston and Wootton to produce one soleless sprawl with devastating effects on the wildlife in the area. There has already been a significant rise in noise pollution due to traffic and light pollution due to the warehouses. the roads are already too busy. Please, please do not ruin yet another community.

There are better adjacent to urban area sites that haven't already been overdeveloped the same way that this area already has. Parts of Kempston Rural have already been incorporated into the "urban area" with the building of the large housing estates to the East of the A428/A6, any more development will mean it is no longer a rural area and just a part of the urban Kempston sprawl.
Between past developments, current plans and future plans Kempston Rural, Wootton and Wood End will just become one amalgamated extension of the urban area, losing their identities.

i strongly object to this proposed develment reasons being that i think it would spoil the great rural inviorment i lived in for over 20years . i feel to build on this area would be a disaster for the natural beuty and tranguill everioment and also feel it would cause so much more pollution .
