The Dennybrook/Wyboston development of 10,000 houses is on the 2400 acre site which is predominantly Grade A agricultural land, there is no brownfiel element to the site, a priority under the NPPF. The development would dominate the local environment and impact adversely on local communites during the construction period for the next 30 years. The site lies in a rural area with limited access by means of single track/narrow roads totally unsuited for construction traffic, an issue which has not been addressed by the develpoer according to literature they have sent to neighbouring villages.
