Local Plan 2040 Draft Plan - Strategy options and draft policies consultation

Representation ID: 4891

Received: 02/09/2021

Respondent: Ms Tara Skey

Representation Summary:

I believe that the summary leaflet distributed in the Borough is flawed since it does not: make it sufficiently clear that other options can be selected or proposed, distinguish between Little Barford or Dennybrook (site 977), or make it clear that the 2,500 homes at Dennybrook would be phase one of a 10,800 home development. This is a fundamental flaw which I believe undermines the value of the responses to this consultation. In addition, none of the impact to St Neots residents in terms of amenities, access to rural land, quality of life, mental health, flood risk etc. are considered.
