The development at Little Barford needs to be planned with Central Beds (who are also planning a new development at Tempsford) and St. Neots District Council who are already building major new developments (Loves Farm and Winteringham) close by. This applies particularly to infrastructure plans which MUST be integrated and agreed between BBC, CBC and StNDC.
